Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy We ask that you cancel your appointment 24 HOURS before your appointment date and time. Same day Cancellation are NOT honored and will result in a 50% cancellation fee. A new deposit will need to be made to reschedule your appointment under no circumstances. If you wish to reschedule your appointment BEFORE the 24 hour window, your deposit will be credited toward your future appointment. Deposits are used towards your services and are non-refundable. Late policy There is a 9 minute grace period. After 9 minutes and you are not on the bed there is a $10 late fee. After 10 minutes, your appointment may result into cancellation and 50% cancellation fee will be applied under no circumstances. No call-no show No call-No shows will automatically be charged 100% of service. After two no-shows you will be banned from booking under no circumstance. ✨if you don’t see a date or time your interested in contact me directly at 313-539-5797. If you need a squeeze in appointment on a day I am fully booked there is a $20 squeeze in fee.
